Project Derbaran is an independent, fan-run project created to preserve and continue play of an older, no-longer-supported version of the game for archival, educational, and community purposes. Project Derbaran is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original developers or publishers, and all original game trademarks, names, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Project Derbaran exists solely to preserve access to an older client version that is no longer compatible with the current official service, and is not a substitute for or competitor to the official game.
